At Lagu Bandhu we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent return process.

  • • 15-Day Return Window: You may initiate a return within 15 days from the date of shipping.
  • • Condition for Return: To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be received in a defect-free, original condition, with all tags, certificates, and the original invoice intact.
    • ◦ Note: If the product is received in a damaged or altered state, the return will be rejected and the item will be shipped back to the customer.
  • • Return Shipping Charges: For products valued below Rs. 1,00,000, return shipping is complimentary.
    • ◦ For products valued above Rs. 1,00,000, a fixed shipping and handling charge of Rs. 1,000 will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • • Refund Process & Timelines: Refunds are credited only to the bank account of the person named on the original invoice.
    • ◦ Once the product is received and clears our Quality Assurance (QA) check, the refund will be processed within 8-10 working days.

 For products valued up to Rs. 1 Lakh, return shipping is free. For high-value returns above Rs. 1 Lakh, a fixed handling fee of Rs. 1,000 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds are credited directly to the bank account of the original invoice holder. Once we receive the product and complete the quality check, the refund will be processed within 8-10 working days.
