Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- • Pre-Shipping: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. A full refund will be initiated to the original payment source.
- • Post-Shipping: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, opt to return the product as per our 15-Day Return Policy once it is delivered.
- • Customized Orders: Orders involving personalized engravings or custom-made designs cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Orders Cancelled by Us: Lagu Bandhu Motiwale Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order without giving any reason or prior notice of the same. If any amount has been received, the same will be refunded to the remitter within 7 working days in that case. Few reasons which could result in cancellation of orders from our side:
- ◦ Payment settlement is stuck on our payment gateway.
- ◦ Inadequate inventory of the ordered design.
- ◦ Reasons to believe that the order is fraudulent.
- ◦ Delivery to the mentioned delivery address is not possible or is not economical.
