A. The Lagu Bandhu Smart Elite Plan Scheme (“Scheme”) is a limited-period scheme through which customers can book items by paying a single lump sum advance and earn savings on making charges at maturity.
A. Single Installment: The customer (“Member”) must pay a one-time installment of minimum Rs.1,00,000. Higher deposits are allowed only in multiples of Rs.50,000 above Rs.1,00,000.

A. The Scheme will mature no earlier than the 91st day from the date of deposit and no later than 270th day from the date of enrollment.

A. If the Scheme is redeemed between 91 and 180 days:
B. Member receives 25% discount on making charges for gold jewellery and studded jewellery, applicable only on the gold value up to the total amount paid.
C. If the Scheme is redeemed between 181 and 270 days:
D. Member receives 50% discount on making charges, applicable only on the gold value up to the total amount paid.
E. The item(s) selected for purchase against the redemption of the scheme will be billed at current prevailing rates on the date of redemption.
F. This scheme cannot be redeemed against Gold Coins, Bars, Wali or any other form of loose gold or bullion. To redeem against Gold Coins, Bars, Wali or any other items, the scheme will be deemed foreclosed and then the amount can be used against this purchase. Please refer to the Foreclosure paragraph for more details.

E. The item(s) selected for purchase against the redemption of the scheme will be billed at current prevailing rates on the date of redemption.
F. This scheme cannot be redeemed against Gold Coins, Bars, Wali or any other form of loose gold or bullion. To redeem against Gold Coins, Bars, Wali or any other items, the scheme will be deemed foreclosed and then the amount can be used against this purchase. B. The Company reserves the right to Foreclose a scheme if the customer fails to redeem the scheme till 9 months (180 days) from the date of enrollment.
C. Upon foreclosure, the Company shall refund the full amount received as an installment to the customer.
D. There shall be no additional benefit given to the customer.
E. Optionally, the customer may use the already paid amount as a regular advance paid and adjust against any new fresh purchase at current prevalent rates without any other benefits of the above scheme.

C. Upon foreclosure, the Company shall refund the full amount received as an installment to the customer.
D. There shall be no additional benefit given to the customer.
E. Optionally, the customer may use the already paid amount as a regular advance paid and adjust against any new fresh purchase at current prevalent rates without any other benefits of the above scheme.
A. The Scheme is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
B. Applicable taxes (including GST) will be charged at redemption as per law.
C. Lagu Bandhu Motiwale Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Scheme or its terms at any time. Changes shall be communicated to Members through official channels.
D. The Company’s records related to the payment(s) received, rate(s) booked and gold weight(s) booked, scheme benefit(s) and redemption value shall be considered as final and binding.
E. Any dispute arising from this Scheme shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city of Mumbai.
F. Members are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions upon enrolment.
