CORAL Similar to Pearls, Coral is a sea product made up of calcium carbonate. Coral reefs are commonly found near shallow coastlines. The tree-like branches of Coral are the calcified skeletal remains of marine creatures known as polyps. Deep red corals are highly prized, although they come in a range of colours, from pure white to dark red. Various shapes can be carved out of high-quality corals.

Coral Care at Home

1. Avoid cleaning coral with water or soap solutions, as they can damage this fragile material.
2. Instead, gently clean coral using a damp cloth.
3. After cleaning, allow it to air dry thoroughly.
4. Avoid wearing coral jewelry during chores, as it can attract dust and grease.

Warning:

1. Never expose coral to polish, soap, or harmful chemicals, as it is highly susceptible to damage.
2. Store your coral jewelry separately from other jewelry to prevent it from coming into contact, which can lead to scratches and damage.
3. With continuous use, corals are likely to get worn and to lose their natural luster.
